Mon 30th Oct. Run 1714 the Halloween Hash from The Highweek Village Inn, Highweek,
with Hares Soapy & Melon Picker “Wear your Halloween costume!” had been the request with the response duly followed, with many excellent costumes, as we circled up it was very hard for Satnav to register exactly who was present!.
Can't remember the GM's question for this week...something to do with who played a horror character which was quickly answered, after this Doris's request for January Hares, then time for a group photo before the ghostly figures headed on out into the night!
Firstly up to the graveyard at Highweek church, no extra vampires spotted here, but some of the ghostly figures turned left towards Bovey others right swooping down through the houses of Highweek. At the roundabout on the Bovey Road, confusion here for a while until the Walking Dead were led in the Newton town direction while the rest flew on down towards the deep dark woods and marsh land.
It was somewhere here that the aptly named Coldtitz was struggling with an exposure moment!.... moving on through the woodlands with no one else in sight, following what looked like blood soaked marks along with vampire Mellon Picker into Newton Abbot.
There were toots from the passing traffic and shrieks from pedestrians as the ghostly pack passed by eventually circling around and swooping down finally together outside ASDA.
A recharge was supplied here to our weakening blood levels with some very tasty morsel before we all flew off again in into night in all directions. Some travelled nearly 8 miles in search of victims but others took on a lesser route, having just about enough energy left to make the uphill flight back into Highweek.
After the ghostly hoard had recharged themselves with drink and food offerings, it was time, before midnight struck, for victims to be punished for their errors during the night search!
Victim one
Broken Man seen hanging in the Loo with escaping victim Wetfart
Mellon Picker for the pair, getting the gghostly hoard lost.
Winfield not giving support! to Coldtitz when her outfit failed.
Mellon Picker wanted to be first but ended up on a long trail.
Well done Soapy and Mellon Picker for a great spooky evening!
On to next week to the Park Inn, Kingskerswell (bring a Firework)
Hares: Shit-Faced & Archangel
